I am located at Pathways Counseling Services. I primarily work with teens, 20, & 30 - somethings and specialize in supporting young adults through the challenges of early adulthood. Through my work and my own life experiences, I have learned that this stage of life can bring particularly trying times. My goal is to provide a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together we will focus on your development, growth, and wellness.
You may want to work with me if you are:
Struggling to adjust to college life
Going through a break-up
Experience other relationship concerns (roommate, friends, significant others, parents)
Feel anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed
If you would like to chat before scheduling an appointment, call or text to set up a 10 min phone consultation.
